A private and luxurious country escape, designed for one group to exclusively enjoy. Large home set on 150 acres with uninterrupted endless views. Luxuriously appointed with everything you will need. Two Living areas, Two bathrooms, Outdoor Heated Spa, Outdoor Bath, acres of manicured lawn. Comfortably sleeping 8 guests in three King bedrooms and fourth with two King Single Beds. To accommodate larger groups/families we have bedding options available for up to 15 guests.

Comfortably sleeping 8 guests in three King bedrooms and a fourth with two King singles.
To accommodate larger groups and families we have bedding options for up to 7 additional guests. Within the home there is space for 3 guests, on a sofa bed, and removable bed in Master suite + close by a Bell Top Tent with bedding configuration for up to 4 guests.
Please note optional bedding for guests 9-15 is not readily available unless booked 1-8 guests.

For your convenience, bedroom access and bedding is allocated according to booked guest numbers twin share. This allows smaller groups to enjoy the retreat without needing to pay for any unused space. All bookings will enjoy the privacy of the home use, however for smaller groups, any unrequired bedrooms will simply be locked.

When booking online, your dates will be confirmed instantly. We offer two payment options, credit card, a 2.2% fee applies or bank transfer. If paying via bank transfer we will hold your booking dates for 48 hours. Bookings 45 days in advance have the option to pay a deposit of 50% and balance 30 days prior to arrival. A fully refundable bond is required upon check-in.

North East Regional Tour Packages: Indulge in something special. During your stay include a custom tour everyone can enjoy direct from our property. Add something special and let us showcase the region with a luxury limousine or bus tour, with a wide range of historic and regional town tours, winery, brewery and distillery tours as well as custom tours.

Limousine Tours; starting at $1100 weekdays and $1320 weekends for up to 8.
Luxury Touring Bus; starting at $880 weekdays and $1100 weekends for up to 8.

Winter Touring Package Package includes 6hrs Luxury Limousine Tour, a half day stay, with 2 nights and 3 days accommodation allowing you to really relax and make the most from your weekend away. Weekend package is $2800 for up to 8 people. Valued at $3450. Valid for stays June to August. To book online, book accommodation as normal, select tour package and balance will be invoiced. *Subject to N.E.R.T T&C’s

Make It Midweek Seeking Serenity, Silence and Solitude, book a country midweek escape. Perfect for couples or best friends to share, offering the same exclusive access, peace, privacy and seclusion just for two. *Booking dates open monthly. Limited availability. Enquire for more details.

Weddings & Events

Huon Creek Farm

Huon Creek Retreat is located in the heart of a 150 acre working farm, with shedding, infrastructure, and livestock. As guests you are welcome to explore our beautiful property and creek flowing through the centre, we just ask you to avoid the workshop and bore areas.

At times we may need to attend the workshop, or tend to the livestock, these are far enough away to ensure your privacy, we will always minimise any disruption to your peaceful stay.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that at times your plans will change and we will endeavour to fill your booking and provide you the maximum refund. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please notify us by email as soon as possible info@huoncreekretreat.com.au

A full refund on accommodation will be provided with more than thirty (30) days’ notice prior to check in date.
50% of all accommodation charges will be incurred if you cancel with less than fourteen (14) days’ notice.
100% of all accommodation charges will be incurred if you cancel with less than 7 days notice.

F.A.Q’s

Can I enjoy a late check In or Check Out? Officially check in is 3pm and check out 10am, we require this time to prepare between guests, however we always offer less rush should extra time be available. If you would like to utilise the day but not the night, our half day stay may be just what you need.
Can I get some assistance with planning? Complementing our luxury farm stay is our boutique concierge service. For those who have little time or are unfamiliar with the region, we will help organise your next visit with our local knowledge and personal services tailored to meet all your needs.

During my stay, can I have visitors? Many guests visit our region to reconnect with local family and friends. We value transparency when booking and we will do our best to accommodate any requests we can within our property and insurance capabilities.
Can I bring pets? Unfortunately they’ll have to sit this trip out, as a farm stay with a variety of animals, we are unable to accommodate pets. For the comfort of all guests, we don’t allow pets inside and our property facilities don’t include a secure yard. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you offer accommodation for groups greater than 15? Yes, by request we have a range of options available. Please contact us for more information.
Are you family friendly? Absolutely! The home has been carefully curated to accommodate three generations, providing everything you need for a memorable and relaxing stay. The home is nestled amongst extensive lawns perfect for outdoor play amongst nature. Exploring the farm will require supervision for our younger guests.
