Accommodation Rates
- Accommodation for up to 14 people, available to book 24/7 online.
- Standard pricing for up to 8 guests from $1250 for the first two nights, additional nights $1000.
- Groups >8, additional guest fees apply.
- Luxury Glamping Tent for up to 3 guests available to book as an option or for guests 12-14. $300pn or $1800 weekly.
- Non mobile infants under 12 months not using bedding stay at no extra charge.
- Book direct to save on platform booking fees of 10-20%.
- Price inclusive of firewood and an extensive list of amenities for your stay. Price seasonally varies, select your preferred dates to see specific rates, offering greater value for longer stays with tiered pricing.

Accommodation Booking Information
- Check in after 3pm at your leisure. (Self-check-in with key safe)
- Check out before 10am. Late check out will be offered when available.
- Access to home and property for registered guests and vehicles only.
- Strictly non-smoking indoors.
- Sorry, no pets.
- Minimum stay varies from 2-7 nights depending on time of year.
- Fully refundable security bond payable 48hrs before check in.
- Entire Home + Glamping sleeps 14 guests | 9 Beds.
- Price is for accommodation, extras, visitors, weddings or events all possible by request.
When booking online, your dates will be confirmed instantly. We offer two payment options, credit card, a 2.2% fee applies or bank transfer. If paying via bank transfer we will hold your booking dates for 48 hours. Bookings 45 days in advance have the option to pay a deposit of 50% and balance 30 days prior to arrival.

North East Regional Tour Packages: Indulge in something special. During your stay include a custom tour everyone can enjoy direct from our property. Add something special and let us showcase the region with a luxury limousine or bus tour, with a wide range of historic and regional town tours, winery, brewery and distillery tours as well as custom tours. Limousine Tours start at $1100 weekdays and $1320 weekends.

Huon Creek Farm
Huon Creek Retreat is located in the heart of a 150 acre working farm, with shedding, infrastructure, and livestock. As guests you are welcome to explore our beautiful property we just ask you to avoid the workshop and bore areas.
At times we may need to attend the property, workshop, or tend to the livestock, these are far enough away to ensure your privacy, we will always minimise any disruption to your peaceful stay.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that at times your plans will change and we will endeavour to fill your booking and provide you the maximum refund. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please notify us by email as soon as possible info@huoncreekretreat.com.au
- A full refund will be provided with more than thirty (30) days’ notice prior to check in date.
- 50% of all accommodation charges will be incurred if you cancel with 15-30 days’ notice.
- 100% of all accommodation charges will be incurred if you cancel with 14 days or less notice.

Can I enjoy a late check in or check out?
Officially check in is 3pm and check out 10am, we require this time to prepare between guests, however we always offer less rush should extra time be available. If you would like to utilise the day but not the night, our half day stay may be just what you need.

During my stay, can I have visitors?
Many guests visit our region to reconnect with local family and friends. We value transparency when booking and we will do our best to accommodate any requests we can within our property and insurance capabilities.
Are you pet friendly?
Whilst we adore animals, unfortunately they'll have to sit this trip out. As a farm stay with a variety of animals, we are unable to accommodate pets. For the comfort of all guests, we don’t allow pets inside and our property facilities don’t include a secure yard. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you offer accommodation for groups greater than 14?
We have bedding and facilities for 14, however given the opportunity we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Reach out with with your requirements before booking.
Are you family friendly?
Absolutely! The home has been carefully curated to accommodate three generations, providing everything you need for a memorable and relaxing stay. The home is nestled amongst extensive lawns perfect for outdoor play amongst nature. Exploring the farm will require supervision for our younger guests.
